What does it means to maximize your potential? As a matter of fact what potential means? The question is are you using all your skills? Skills are things you can do. It does not lend itself to one thing. It can be many things as a matter of fact. Staffing.org (2006) revealed in a report that staff efficiency is central to productivity and sustainability. Why is it important for new hires to perform? Businesses depend on new recruits for new ideas and innovation. As such, businesses need to stay ahead of the game. New hires are the new oils to the old engine. Maximize your potential looks at new ways to do things by bringing all the different components together in an efficient way.

What does it means to Maximize Your Potential?

1. Arm yourself with a journal and begin to write all your thoughts down. What is bothering you? or anything that creeps in your mind just let it go.

2. Do you have a project that is left on the back burner? It is time for you to get that project moving.

3. Are you taking care of yourself health-wise? Go ahead and exercise, eat right and rest. All these are necessities for a healty life.

4. Do you have a thought that you want to expand on? Go brainstorm with friends and write your thoughts down. If you dont have any friends then get a writing pad and dump your thoughts. You will be surprise what you come up with. Good luck!

5. How fast are you at running a race? It is time for you to do a check up. Go visit your doctor and make sure everything is working in order. It is time to Get your Grooves on.

6. Take your pulse today! What is the reading? Can you do better with that?

7. Meditate if you're at lost with words. New thoughts will come.

How many people are maximizing their potential these days? Here are seven tips to help you utilize your strengths and discover your skills.

1. Know Yourself. Identify your character traits. Define both your positive and negative traits. This will give you a complete picture of your personality.

2. Create a mission statement. A mission statement expresses your personal value and belief system, and states where you want to go in your life, and how you plan to get there.

3. Think outside the box. When considering a job change within your current company, don't limit your options to what you are familiar with.

4. Take care of yourself physically . Your body and mind work together. Living a healthy lifestyle can benefit you both physically and mentally.

5. Exercise on a regular basis. Exercise will keep your body in shape, and provide an outlet to release stress.

6. Get plenty of sleep. Quality sleep is important to replenish and restore your energy. Getting plenty of rest will help you to stay focused and alert.

7. Engage in fun activities. Make time to pursue a hobby or physical activity that you enjoy.
